ms access

hello,
let me start off by saying that i am beginner with a basic knowledge of ms
access. i have a webpage where clients type in information like their name,
email address and information. when the information is submitted it should
send it to a database in ms access and create a new record. i have a basic
database already created that just holds the information. what i want to do
is be able to create an object or a macro that will allow me to click a Reply
button on the database in ms access that will let me reply to the question
they asked to their email that is in the database already using ms outlook.
an automated function would be good to speed up the reply process and to be
able to document the issue per person per case number to be able to filter
through them easily. i hope that makes sense. if not, let me know, i can
try to give more info. i am using ms office 2000. on a windows xp home
system.
