It has been a few years since I created an access database. I need to find a
way to easily manage Info for data circuts like when we requested connection
and disconnect along with the monthly charge. Should I set up something with
the priamry info like location and circut number and then build out from
there? I figure the circut number could be the number to tie all the info
together (each number is unique). Is there a templte out there that sounds
like I could easily modify it to work with my needs or should I try to create
one from scratch?

I suspect you won't find an Access template that is this specific. Perhaps
