MS Add-ins for Excel

I am working with an outside application (software package) being installed
in Finance, we utilize MS-Addins through that application into Excel.
However for some reason my login box will not appear when I try the Query
Wizard or the Upload Wizard. This application used to work but now it is
like something in my regedit is staying in memory and not erasing when I
un-install MS-Addins and re-install it. Anyone?????????
