MS Amortization Template

Hi,

I'm using the microsoft Amortization template to calculate loan repayments
and
just want to know, would it be possible to adapt it to include an Interest
only
amount.

So, the loan amount would be say £50000
Interest only amount £30000
repayment amount £20000

and it can then calculate the repayment and interest only amount combined.
Because at the moment it just calculates a capital and interest repayment. I
have aready got a cell giving an interest only amount.

Any ideas grateflly received.
