MS Calendar template

I downloaded a calendar template from MS that has a years worth of
monthly calendars which I use to make up a calendar for the month
concerned.

What I cannot find out is, how to remove the other unwanted, at this
time, months. I have also tried to only copy the month involved over
to a file, so that it would be the only month, but no luck. It seems
to be all or nothing.

Just deleting the other months, does not seem to work.

There must be a way - but I can't find it on my own and would greatly
appreciate any help.

TIA ~ Sheena

Hi Sheena,

I dont understand why you would want to delete the other months.
Simply print only the month you are working on. Click on File | Print |
and Current Page. I hope this has been helpful to you.

I realize I can do that when I use my own printer but I also email
this calendar and put it on a floppy to take to the club involved. At
that point, some people go to print it and do not realize they have to
specify a page - lot of wasted paper <bg>

I was hoping there was some way to quickly delete the other eleven
months.

So glad you found my efforts to help you entertaining! To quickly
delete the months you don't want to keep simply use your CTRL key while
you highlight the portions you no longer want and then tap your delete
key. I do hope this was helpful and entertaining to you.

Sorry about that! Left in there from a less serious newsgroup!

I tried this and it works beautifully, thank you so much. I believe
you have just saved many a tree :)
