This application is in the programs folder of the c:drive but does not show
up in the users Start - Programs menu.
She has used the application before in the past and it would launch upon
start up, but stopped doing this yesterday and the user had done nothing to
cause that (that we are aware of). I was able to get the application to work
by having her double click on the .exe located in the following location:
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office Communicator and we checked to be sure the
setting was set in the Options menu to Automatically run Communicator when I
log into Windows. I had her log off and log back onto the PC and the
application started, but can you help me figure out why Microsoft
Communicator 2005 isn't listed in Start Programs menu??
