MS Doc Imaging to a tif

I am trying to use Microsoft Document Imaging (Ver 11.03.2175.00) to save
files as a tiff image for the output format. It works most of the time but
with certain MS Word Docs that came from Doc templates it will make out part
of the page and then the rest is a mess of lines that looks like it got stuck
in a printer. It does not happen every time. I have tried adjusting the
resolution from standard to fine and super fine. Not sure what else to do,
we used to use a save feature on a fax sr program to create our tif images
from emailed documents.

We use a free PDF creator to create many different file types and Tiff's are
one. It works great and it's free. Works with Windows/Office 97/2000/2003,
etc...
Our version is: PDFCreator-0_9_0_AFPLGhostscript.exe. Install and convert
by 'printing' to the PDFCreator (make all selections from there). Check it
out.
