MS does not post updates on NewsGroups

Please ignore the "updates" and "messages" from Microsoft on this and
other newsgroups. Microsoft does not post messages here and the don't post
updates here.

What you are seeing are fakes and are viruses. Just Ignore them like
any E-Mail you may get from "Microsoft." They don't e-mail you updates
either.
