MS Excel is not auto deleting tmp files

Hi All,

Good day to you,

I have problem as subject mentioned above, this happened some of the users
then they open files (Word, Excel, etc) on network folder (eg,
\\servername\shared), a temp file (eg A23D0F00)) is created. By right the tmp
file should be deleted when the user close the file.

I've checked the folder security of the user and found the user has modified
access on that folder. seems no issue on this.

Perhaps you all have some ideas or suggestion.
