MS Exchange Server Mailbox

We use MS Exchange Server with users having individual Mailboxes. We want a
user to access mailboxes of other users on his workstation.

give permissions at the Exchange server level and then have the users add
the mailboxes from the properties of their exchange mailbox->more
settings->advanced tab.

step guidelines for following.
