MS fix for Outlook 2007 contact problem not working

Molly

My son-in-law installed Outlook on my new home computer and I loaded e-mail
addresses in my address book earlier this evening. When I attempted to send
an e-mail to everyone with my new address, I found that I can enter one, and
only one, address no matter whether it's to, cc, or bc. I attempted to
follow the fix instructions - tools, account settings, address book tab,
remove (Outlook Address Book MAPI)-- but the remove is greyed out. I tried
Change, but I get a message that the name's already there (Outlook Address
book).

What do I need to do to be able to get multiple addresses in to, cc, or bc?

Thanks!

How did you "load email addresses into your address book?" Outlook 2007
still has many bugs, one of which is that you cannot reset your address book
without creating an new profile from scratch.

I manually entered everything - typed one at a time - because my old
information was in Outlook Express.

Did you enable the Contacts Folder in which you placed these Contacts as an
email address book?
