MS Forms Library and .dll loaded yet blank?

How can it be, that the .dll is referenced and library of MS Forms 2.0 is
loaded, yet when I try to write code for a listbox, none of the members for
the Class "ListBox" appears to exist? I tried unloading the reference but
couldn't? Anyone have any ideas at all? Is this a glitch? unregister and
re-register MSF20.dll?
