MS FP wont let me upload my web site can sum1 please spell it out

everytime i try 2 publish my site i type in my domain namethen press ok a
window pops up saying the server could not complete my request please contact
te internet service provider or administrator to make sure the server has the
FP server extentions istalled. so could some one tell what that is and where
do i get it from please??? thanx *<

Did you register a domain name and then open a hosting account with a web service provider?
