MS Help on Office XP

I Have a user running XP Office on 2000 professional.
Help works fine as a network user running an NT roaming
Profile and as administrator but will not run for a user
with a local programme. Gives error ( Error Starting MS
Help) or MSOHelp.exe has caused a fault and will be shut
down.

Does anyone have any ideas.
