"Read-Only" Error Message When You Try to Save an Office

I seem to be afected by this issue. Win2k, Netware 3.12,
Office 2003, Windows embedded Netware client. Can anyone
tell me where I might find the patch mentioned?

To resolve this problem immediately, contact Microsoft Product Support Services

Note In special cases, charges that are ordinarily incurred for support calls

MS wants to keep very strict control with these hotfixes. That's why you have
to ask for them.
