MS Keyboard - Problems With Outlook

Just got a new keyboard (actually whole new computer) a
MS Multimedia Keyboard 1A and although I've installed the
software, I can't use shortcuts Outlook 6.0. Like in I
want to search for a message I press Shift+F3 but it
doesn't work. Same goes for Office 97. Wanting to do
anything using shortcut keys and not icons, it doesn't
work.

Any help would be great.
