I am trying to opem MSMONEY I get a message
"16 BIT WINDOWS SUBSYSTEM"
underneath in box
"C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\AUTOEXE>NT"
Please give advice on how to open programme if possible

Try posting in a group for Microsoft Money as it is not a part of Office so
is off-topic for this group. The real experts in Money hang out there so
you will probably get a faster and better answer there. Be sure to include
your version of Money as it is very helpful when troubleshooting.

That error message is the result of a worm/trojan/hijacker program
breaking system files. Please see replies to simular reques in the
Operating System newsgroup. In your case

microsoft.public.WindowsXP.general
