MS Office 2000 Install Problem (FM20.dll)

I bought a new computer and can't seem to install
Office 2000. It stops at file FM20.DLL and asks to
verify that its available. It's on the CD but doesn't
seem to install. I've tried to copy it directly,
but that doesn't work either (illegal MS-Dos command or
some such). Any suggestions?? (e-mail address removed)
