MS Office 2000 SR1 premium version 900.3821

I purchase a used computer with MS office Premium
previously installed. I want to take in off this computer
and install my own MS Office Professional. When I try to
uninstall MS Office Premium it asks me for the disk which
I don't have. How can I unintall without the disk?
