MS Office 2000 update page recommending updates for Office 2003.

Killarney

After installing my copy of Office 2000 Professional on a new computer I went
to the MS Office update web page to install all of the recommended updates.
Along with all of the 2000 updates were the recommendations to install the
Office 2003 SP1 update and Update for Outlook 2003 junk email filter. Any
idea why it is recommending Office 2003 updates for Office 2000?

Hi Killarney,

Check in Add/Remove Programs in the Windows Control
Panel to see if there are any 2003 series apps
listed, including a trial copy that may have come
preinstalled on the new computer.

Also check to see if you installed Outlook 2003 from your PDA software
bundle.
