OFFICE 2000 WILL NOT INSTALL ON WINDOWS XP. NEW TOSHIBA
LAPTOP WITH XP HOME. HOWEVER IT DID INSTALL TWO YEARS AGO
ON TOSHIBA LAPTOP WITH XP. CAN ANYONE TELL ME HOW TO
INSTALL IT ON XP NOW IN 2003???

What error message do you get/what's stopping from installing?

You have an upgrade version of Office and so you'll need to supply proof
that you have an eligible prior version of Office to upgrade from.
