Ms Office 2003 - Attachment Problem

Hi,

I've got a user who cannot see excel attachment on mails sent to him form a
specific user. He's got MS Outlook 2003, connected to an exchange on the
local network.

I tried to figure out, and it seems that the attachment is there, but its
invisible on the mail (like as if the name of the attachment to click on is
white in color), hence if i double click that area, i am asked to open or
save.

If i open or save, it doesn't let me do that, but gives some error.

Any idea how to resolve this?

Someone else who appears to think we're clairvoyant. Are you going to
enlighten us as to what "some error" is, or is it between you and the pixie
on your shoulder? My crystal ball is broken.

How on earth do you expect us to assist you, when you omit the most sailent
piece of information?!
