MS Office 2003 Error

I have uninstalled MS Office XP from my system and installed Office 2003 and
keep getting the following error:

An error has occurred while the following action was performed: Install
Forms
Error: 0x800004005

I have uninstalled again and removed the registry entrys and reinstalled.
The same message keeps popping up when opening Outlook only.

Does anyone have any knowledge of this issue?

In this case it is probably the forms that Microsoft Outlook uses. It looks to be some custom forms you may have made from Outlook 2002. Go to C:\Documents and Settings\%profile%\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook and make sure you have no VbaProject.OTM. If you do rename to VbaProject.OT_ before opening Outlook. Once you get into Outlook go to Tools | Form | Choose form | Look in | Personal Forms Library and Remove Delete everything there. If nothing in there then make sure that ONLY message is in the drop down list when you select a folder you have in Outlook and Outlook Today. You'll see them.

Tell us if you have anything in the Standard Forms Library. Anything look strange with what you have there?
