MS Office 2003 - Outlook

I have a user running Ms Office 2003 the outlook continuously closes out
after sending an emial. It receives emails fine. But when you send an emial
you get the pop up saying outlook encountered a problem and needs to close,
giving you the option to send it to MS support or not. Event veiwer
Application log lists errors from Source Microsoft Office 11 ID 1000 -
faulting application outlook.exe version 11.0.5510.0. I tried replacing just
the outlook.exe on the machine, no go. I then uninstalled Office 2003 then
reinstalled it and still no go. any ideas?
