MS Office 2003 - PID - non MS support

I'm trying get a separate Outlook problem resolved, but when I enter the PID
in respective box on the MS help page, MS replies that they don't support
this version in this country. This PID version came installed on my new
laptop from HP, but I also bought the version (basic, with product key) with
a CD. I reinstalled off the CD twice. OEM is in the PID.
I still have the original Outlook problem too.

Got answer. Apaprently even though I paid for this version, MS doesn't
support it. Next time, I'll pay $30 more and buy a retail version.
