No, OneNote wasn't included in any of the Office 2003 bundles. It is included
in a couple of the Office 2007 Bundles -- though "Home & Student Edition"
is probably the only one that average consumers will see.
Nope. ON 2003 is separate. You'll have to buy it individually, but I
would not advise to do so. OneNote 2007 is by lengths better than
OneNote 2003.
Trial versions for 2007 will be available for download on December 1. I
don't know how long the trials will be good for (trials could be as
short as 30 days and as long as 180 days, but we don't know yet). My
personal suspicion is that it is at least 60 days, because 2007 won't be
available for purchase for retail/oem customers until the end of
January.
