I cannot install MS Office 07 update junk email filter (KB977839).
I have tried several times but still it do not install (error code 646)

Rather than using Windows Update to install this update, tr
downloading it manually and installing it.

I tried that without success. I get that the filter stopped working during the update.

I guess that was me from the news group.

I end up with code 80070641. I have been unable to resolve the issue.
even restored a previous backup from before other updates were installe
in case there was some corruption. The other updates installed and thi
one did not
