MS Office 95 Professional Version 7.0/Bookshelf

I recently purchased a DELL Inspiron 5150 Notebook. I
would like to uninstall the Office 95 from my desktop and
install it onto the new DELL.

Are there any potential problems that I should consider
before doing this? I have been using this Office for
years and do not want to change. The new DELL has MS
Windows XP Home Edition, the old desktop has MS Windows
95. I would liked to have kept the MS Windows 95 on the
new DELL. The folks at DELL said this wasn't practical.
They said the MS Office 95 should install and run smoothly
on the new notebook.

I would like some other feedback / opinions.

Works fine for me on Windows XP Professional.
