MS Office 97 - Professional Edition

I loaded MS97 under Win 98. When I installed Win ME, the
program ran w/o any problems. I had to do a full install
of Win to correct a proble. In trying to load Off. 97
again, it refuses to load because I do not have a previous
versin installed. Ther is no indication at all on the
package that this is an UPGRADE. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Did you check the Office 97 CD itself? It will usually say Upgrade on it if
it is.
