MS office accounting professional 2009 access denied when bootin

I came into work today and when I booted up the computer and tried to open
MOA professional 2009 I got an access denied message, I have got this before
and just rebooted the computer and MOA opened ok but not this time. No matter
what I have tried the message says I don`t have access to the program. Can
anyone help with this?
