MS office and MSN messenger

1.error occured " the visual basic environment could not be initialised"
while saving any MS office XP application..
2.while opening MSN, error ocurred "the MSNMSGR.EXE file is linked to
missing export OLEAYT32DLL:176"

kindly suggest me how to rectify the above problems.
