MS Office Basic Edition 2003

I have this program that was preinstalled in my Dell when I bought it but I
also have the disks. The computer crashed and I had the OS reinstalled. Can
I just reload the program off the disks? Also is this the version that I can
add to another system?

Yes, yiu can reinstall it on that system. Since it's an OEM version, no you
cannot load it on another system.
