MS Office Compatibility Pack

Hello,

I implemented the MS Office Compatibility Pack today in our company. As a
result i got a few Computers that had scripting errors. Internet pages where
blank and wouldnt load.

Now the question is... is this knows by Microsoft ? is this a known issue ?

I corrected the problem by reinstalling:

WindowsXP-Windows2000-Script56-KB917344-x86-enu.exe

if anyone know WHY the scripting engine is corrupted after this install
please let me know.
