MS office contacts database

Is there a software or a way to export MS Office Contact data into a
database. I am trying to filter my office contacts by state and city.

Since you have Office, just use Outlook and create your own contact database
using categories. There are several predefined and you can modify to your:
"filter my office contacts by state and city" spec's. For further
