MS Office Crashes with Spell Checker enabled.

Hello I have a question regarding MS Office, which crashes if spell checker
is enabled on some documents.
At home I had the same problem, but i uninstalled Spanish Language from
Proofing tools and it worked. But at work it does not, even after i uninstall
spanish. It keeps closing/crashing itself (without any error, but the hidden
temporary file $<docname>.doc exists, so it's sure a crash). it's for sure
from the spell checker, because after i disable them it works.
