Ms office crashes

I reinstalled MSoffice2000 recently, after that i get this
error when ever i try to open excel or word...

This application must be installed to run. Please run
Setup from the location where you originally installed the
application.

Please let me know what to do. I use windows 98 Second
edition and Dont have profiles enabled.
