MS Office docs can't be opened because of virus. no virus found

i cannot open any office docs. ikeep getting msg that my anti virus program
thinks there is a virus. I have swept with Spysweeper, Spyware begone and
Spybot S&D. No virus found. i am suprised that all docs are unavailable as i
have never had this problem before. i don't belive it is a virus but any help
welcome!!

Disable the A-V Office plugin.

That is something controlled by your anti-virus program settings. You
will need to look in it's Help to find the controls.
