MS Office Document Imaging

I have an architecture drawing stored as a .tiff file.
Is it possible to print a selected area of this image.
For example, say I zoom in to view a particular area of
the image. I want to print that zoomed view, but when I
try to print it, I get an output of the entire image.

Do you have a Paint program? You can bring the image into MS Paint, mask the portion
you want, copy, click file, new and then paste that portion.
