MS Office - Insert Hyperlink & Browsed Pages

I know this has been asked here before, but even after clearing the I
history, this is still there. When in Word or Excel (2003 Edition an
running Wondows XP), when I insert a hyperlink and go to the browse
pages tab, I have tons of histroy there that I want to delete.

How do I delete them
