MS Office Licenses for training...

We are planning to conduct a training on a product (non-MS
or third party product) that requires MS Office Word and
Excel. We do not have on-site license or volume license of
the MS Office product. However, individual offices in our
organization uses MS Office and the most of the attendees
have MS Office installed in their pc's.

As stated we are going to have a training conducted for a
product that requires MS Office. The training will last
for 5-days and there will be 12 pc's to be used. Each pc
needs to have a copy of MS Office installed locally. What
are the items that we need to meet in order satisfy the
legal requirements of using MS Office for the duration of
the training period.
