MS Office Outlook 2003 Launching at Power on

How can I stop my Pro Edition of Outlook 2003 from launching at start up? I
literally have to close it to get to my Desk Top from boot up. I've tried
msconfig and the start up tab, but there is nothing there.. Help :))

Start>Programs>Startup folder and remove the outlook shortcut. Drag it to the
Desktop, add it to the QuicK Launch bar and click on it after everything has
loaded and connected to the Internet.

Have you looked in *both* Startup folders?

Mary,

Tried your suggestion. Nothing but Adobe in Start up Folder, any other
suggestions? :))

There is the Startup folder under your user name and then there is the
Startup folder under "All Users". The exact path depends on if you are
using WinXP or Vista.
