MS Office Outlook has encounted a problem

I have a pc with Office Pro2003 (SP3), and it will pop up a error screen about 3-4 times a day and then the only way to rectify the pc is to reboot it again.
Message is, "MS Office Outlook has encounted a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience."

I have attached a screen dump of the message.

I have uninstalled office and re-installed a fresh install, but still getting error. Anyone have some useful advise please.
