Is it possible to make the background color of the thumbnails view BLACK
instead of white - so they are displayed in a black field? If so, how?

Hi P.D.,

The picture background of MS Office Picture Manager is the setting for 'Window' (background) from the Windows display settings.

Thanks Bob!

That is what I thought was the only likely solution...won't work for what
I'm trying to do, but I just thought that I'd check if there was another way.

Hi P.D.,

There are no separate settings for colors in the Picture Manager. As I mentioned the colors come from your Windows display colors.
