MS Office Picture Manager - How Do I Join Two Pics???

I used to join two pics using Photo Editor by 'cropping' and INCREASING the
value and then pasteing another image in the new 'area'. Is there a
'foolproof' way of joining two pics in Picture MAnager and saving them as one
file (jpg preferably). I preferred Photo Editor as it was more simple, to
use, just like me..

Nope, it's a manager, not an editor. Re-install photo editor or aquire
another "photo editor".
