The Send to Email action in Office Picture Manager is linked to having MS Office Outlook Installed. The pictures viewed in Picture
Managers aren't actually in the Picture Manager they're in the actual folders listed and you can use, in Microsoft Internet Mail and
news (MSIMN.exe), more commonly known as "Outlook Express" [part of Internet Explorer rather than part of Office], either the Add
Attachment or Insert=>Picture choice to add the graphic from the same location by browsing (depending if you're sending in plain
text or Rich Text in Outlook Express).
