MS Office Pro 2007 Trial Version

I went unto microsoft's Website and dowloaded the trial version.

They were two download buttons...

"download 1" and "download 2" with files X12-30196.exe and
X13-40150.exe respectively.

1) Are both these file required for installation.

2) How can I burn to cd so that I have a regular install CD?

3) To install do I put both files in the same directory and just run
X12-30196.exe first?
