MS Office Project Server Accounts not available.

All,

I've run into a problem on two workstations-under Tools->Enterprise Options
the enterprise options are all ghosted, and MS Office Project Server Accounts
is missing altogether.

Has anyone seen this, and does anyone have any suggestions to correct this?

I not used Ghost or anything similar, but as a means to resolve this issue,
simply push out the related regkey which contains the profile information via
Group Policy, SMS or similar.
