MS Office should have an auto update fields option upon save.

I couldn't find anything on how to automatically update fields upon saves. I
wanted my fields, such as File name and path, Last Saved By, Last Save Time,
etc., to update when I save the document. If anyone has a solution please let
me know. Else, MS should implement an option to turn this on and off. Thanks.
