Trying to download update to Small Business Edition 2003 as posted for Oct
2004, get error that says -- "The feature you are trying to use is on a
network resource that is unavailable. Click ok to try again or enter an
alternate path to a folder containing the installation package MSBCM.msi in
the box below." When I put in the CD to browse, cannot find the file. Cannot
find the file anywhere so the update is not applied. As a consequence, I
can't open Outlook nor view my emails.
I find it incomprehensible that Microsoft issue an upgrade to their own
software in 2004, there is a fundamental error with the upgrade, and
Microsoft have not endevoured to send an update or patch to fix the error for
the last 2 years!
Fundamental problem & I can't find a solution. I have seen that alot of
other people have encountered the same problem, but following their threads,
noone seems to have posted the solution..
