MS Office SP 1

I downloaded the SP1 OK but when I try to install it I
get the error #1328 which states that file C:\Config.
MSi\PT103.tmp has been updated by other means and can't
be modified by this patch - contact the patch vendor.

It does not allow me to continue with the installation
even if I click ignore.

Can I proceed with the installation of SP 2 anyway? or?
